TERMS & CONDITIONS

All of the content and services provided through this website, cgreenstudio.com (or "our website"), are provided by C. Greene Studio, Inc. ("C. Greene Studio") under the terms and conditions set forth below (and in our Privacy Policy, which, together, constitute the terms of use of our website). By visiting or shopping at our website, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of each user of our website to read and understand these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and G Pay for all orders placed online.

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax at the standard statewide rate of 7.50% is applicable on all orders shipped to addresses in California plus any additional California county or municipal sales taxes associated with the shipping address (e.g. Los Angeles County clients will be charged 7.50% CA tax + 1.50% LA County Tax = 9.00%). Orders shipped outside of California are sales tax-exempt.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We typically ship orders within 2 business days but during peak shopping periods, it may take up to 4 days to process your order. Thank you for your patience.

We ship within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska and Internationally*. Our standard method of shipping is via UPS Ground. This typically takes 7-10 days, but if you require faster shipping speeds please select 2-Day Shipping at checkout. 

*Shipping rates to certain regions vary. Oversize items may require additional handling fees, which are displayed at checkout. In the event of a significant difference of shipping charges, you will be notified before your order ships and you must approve the additional charge.

 

RETURNS

ONLINE SAMPLE ORDERS

All online sample orders are final.

Online sample orders will ship via USPS. If your sample order arrives incorrect or damaged, please email info@cgreenestudio.com within five calendar days of receiving with photos of the damaged or incorrect samples and we will replace your sample order at no additional cost.

 

MADE-TO-ORDER POLICIES

All sales of Made-To-Order products are final. We do not accept returns of Made-To-Order purchases and do not grant refunds or store credit.

A signature is required upon delivery. Should you waive signature upon delivery, C. Greene Studio can not be held responsible for your package once it is left at your door.

All wallpaper yardage and/or special orders would be considered Made-To-Order.  All showroom invoices for Made-To-Order products must be paid in full before production via e-check (or credit card for additional fee).  Wiring instructions available by request: info@cgreenestudio.com

For all Made-To-Order products, once you pay your invoice, you will receive an e-mail within 72 hours confirming that your order has been processed with expected ship date. All Made-To-Order products will ship via carrier of our choice, unless instructed in writing to use a specific carrier. 

All international importation charges will be automatically billed to the customer.

All shipments will be insured for full value.

All customization fees are non-refundable and must be paid before customization process begins.

Because our lead times vary, items will be shipped together if possible, but might be shipped separately. You will receive an e-mail once the item(s) has shipped with tracking information. 

C. Greene Studio is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you are not available to receive your package. We will not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

We inspect all orders before shipping. If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, incorrect or misprinted product, you must contact info@cgreenestudio.com BEFORE the product is worn, trimmed, cut, installed, pasted, or used in any way. Do not use any non-defective products included in your order.

If package(s) arrive damaged, and the contents are damaged, C. Greene Studio will replace the damaged goods free of charge only if the following is reported and submitted to info@cgreenestudio.com within five (5) calendar days: 

- Photographs of the damage to the goods

- Photographs of the damaged packaging

- The original packaging must be kept intact for inspection by the carrier

In the unlikely event that your product arrives defective or misprinted, or the product that arrives is incorrect, we offer full replacement if the following is reported and submitted to info@cgreenestudio.com within five (5) calendar days:

- Photographs of the defective or misprinted product(s).

- Photographs of the incorrect product.

Your product(s) will be reproduced if deemed necessary and re-fulfilled in adherence to its lead time(s) at no additional cost.

All damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled orders must be returned to C. Greene Studio in order to begin the replacement process at our expense.

ONLINE PURCHASES (OTHER THAN SAMPLE ORDERS AND/OR MADE-TO-ORDER)

Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery. All items must be in as-received condition and salable as well as returned in their original packaging. To begin a return, please contact info@cgreenestudio.com.

Once items are received by C. Greene Studio, refunds are credited to the original form of payment. This is typically received within 1-2 business days.

Unless the item is received damaged, customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

All fine art, sale, "as-is" and internationally shipped items are considered final sale and ineligible for return.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Due to the high carbon footprint of processing international returns, we are unable to accept the return of items purchased and shipped internationally. If an item arrives damaged or the incorrect item is received, please contact us at info@cgreenestudio.com and we'll be happy to help provide a refund for the item or arrange for a replacement.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally there are times when items are unavailable. In the event of a back-order, please contact info@cgreenestudio.com to receive an estimated arrival time.

WARRANTIES BY YOU

In placing an order or making purchases from our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information that you provide to cgreenestudios.com is true, accurate and complete and that you have legal authority to place an order.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This site is provided by C. Greene Studio on an "as is" and "as available" basis. C. Greene Studio makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our website or the information, content, materials, or products included on our website. You expressly agree that your use of our website is at your sole risk.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, C. Greene Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. C. Greene Studio does not warrant that our website, the servers on which our website is hosted, or e-mail sent from tableart are free of viruses or other harmful components. C. Greene Studio will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
