Our wallpaper requires a professional installer. Sabel Studios is not responsible for guaranteeing that you have ordered a sufficient quantity. Please consult your installer, as we do not accept returns or exchanges. Dye lots may vary from one batch to another so please order all rolls at once.

 

How do I order wallpaper?

Please email info@sabelstudios.com to order your wallpaper. Please note that there is a 5 yard minimum.

What are the details and specs of your wallpaper?

All of our wallpapers are digitally printed in the United States using water-based inks on clay coated paper. They are sold by the linear yard with a 5 yard minimum. They are printed to order with a lead time of 5 weeks, plus transit time. Rush options are available for a fee of $250 per item and 2 weeks production, plus transit time.

Our wallpaper has a white border around the print that must be trimmed by your installer. The width and height of each are detailed on their respective pages, as are the horizontal and vertical repeats.

What is your return policy?

All Wallpaper orders are final.

We do not accept returns and do not grant refunds or store credit, as they are made-to-order. This applies to both yardage of wallpaper and samples.

Pillows and La Poubelles:

We inspect all orders before shipping. If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please submit a return request to info@sabelstudios.com within three (3) calendar days along with: 

- Photographs of the damage to the goods

- Photographs of the damaged packaging

- The original packaging must be kept intact for inspection by the carrier

All damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled orders must be returned to Sabel Studios in order to begin the replacement process. 

 

How long until I get my order?

Our wallpaper typically has a production window of up to 5 weeks, plus transit. Due to attention to detail and the intricate nature of these wallcoverings, this time may vary depending on the design you’re ordering. Rush options are available for a fee of $250 per item for a 2 week production timeframe, plus transit. If you would like to find out more about a specific design’s production window, or if your order is urgent, please reach out to us for details.

Transit time for your order depends on the speed you chose at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a notification with your tracking number and estimated delivery.

All international importation charges will be automatically billed to the customer. If you'd like an estimate on the duties and fees that may be charged to import, please contact us.

All of our shipments require a signature.
